This product is device for pouring, preservation and distribution of bottled beverages, primarily used for pouring wine per glass. The innovation of this invention is reflected in the structural connection between its elements, wherein the subsystem for inert gas dosing is pre-programmed in a way that ensures that corresponding valves are open for as long as necessary, and during this time an amount of inert gas proportional to the programmed time is released into the bottle. The advantage of this invention compared to state-of-the-art devices is reflected by the following: the cork and bottle containing the wine can be detached from other device sub-assemblies; remaining wine in the bottle is kept in the inert gas shielding atmosphere up to a month, without losing wine quality. The invention is related to a Detachable precious liquids dispenser system wherein an electromagnetic valve is connected to tank via pipeline. One end of tube is introduced into the upper part of the bottle, whereas one end of tube is introduced into bottle and reaches its bottom, thus the precious liquid is dispensed into a glass through tubes
The company has internationally patented a modular system to transform the waves’ motion into electricity. TORPEDINE consists of one or more floating modules floating on the sea, connected to a central platform that is anchored to the seabed. It produce proportionally to the strength of the waves.

The company has developed a speedboat that is entirely made of composite material, adorned with exclusive finishing and completely decorated. A highly technological evolution of the hydrofoil. The wings allow the boat to rise from the water, reducing consumption by approximately 40% (because there is no longer most of water resistance), with excellent performance (as that the speed exceeds 50 knots). Equally impressive is the reduction of the effect of wave motion by 50%, up to a certain level of rough sea. At the heart of this intelligent navigation, there is an innovative control system. The computerized system analyses the state of the water surface through sensors and modifies in real-time the trim of the four wings, on which the boat glides on the surface of the sea. The pillars of the innovation are high-performance materials, designed and assembled innovatively; a network of sensors, customized for the specific task; a software able to adjust the trim of the boat during the navigation, 1000 times per second. The advanced system based on foils that can be electronically controlled and moved in real-time is unique. The foils (i.e., retractable and hydro-dynamic appendices) protrude below the hull and allow the SF15 to lift up from the water’s surface and sail for a certain distance, ignoring the waves thanks to its compensation system: the angle and length of the foils will be modified every thousandth of a second by an automatic control system.

Capacity building for Blue Growth and curriculum development of Marine Fishery in Albania
1. The development of a new professional Master Degree in Marine Fishery that will meet market needs
Curriculum will provide students with theoretical knowledge and practical skills that are required by the labour market needs in that segment, which will have a positive impact on employability of students and matching of the demand for and supply of qualified labour in the Blue Growth sector. Furthermore, the new curriculum will offer more practice oriented opportunities than some previous study programmes, which will have a positive impact on the university-enterprise cooperation, opening door to new research opportunities and in general the exchange of knowledge and information among industry stakeholders and the academics. In long run, this can increase Albania’s competitiveness in marine fishery industry and internationalization of its products and know-how.
2. Enhancement of collaboration among Blue Growth stakeholders through the development of networking platform
The creation of the networking platform which will unite all stakeholders active in marine fishery field, from education institutions, graduated students, private business and organizations, will further contribute to that since it will provide the stakeholders with opportunities for new partnerships, the exchange know-how, the access to most actual market information, trends, qualified staff and/or employment opportunities.
3. Improvement of maritime training centres which provide professional training to seafarers operating on fishing vessels.
Improving the maritime training centre for professional seafarers operating on fishing vessels is another objective of the project since it allows us to penetrate and shape the marine fishery industry from another angle which is the field of exploitation and fishing. The current state of the training centres are not in accordance with IMO standards and EU legislation, for which reason currently trained seafarers do not own competences and skills which are recognized internationally and/or satisfy safety needs, environmental concerns or overall maritime security standards. Developing new basic and advanced courses for seafarers that are in accordance with IMO standards would have positive impact on environment protection, improving fishing and exploitation efficiency and international collaboration opportunities.

Multidisciplinary approach and solutions to development of intermodal transport in region
The European Commission has launched a Freight Transport Logistic Action Plan that is proposing a series of measures to promote the freight transport logistics, make intermodal transportation more competitive, create a framework which will allow European ports to attract investment for their modernization, put maritime freight transport on an equal footing with other transport modes and review progress made in development of sustainable mobility. Based on that plan, project MultiAPPRO combines different approaches to reach most of the goals highlighted by the EC. Therefore, overall objective of the project is development of intermodal transport in Adriatic-Ionian region. The first approach is focused on systematic collection and providing solutions to all bottlenecks, both on national or regional level. Since White Paper of EC identifies promotion as one of the priority activities in transport development, the next approach innovatively and systematically performs promotion of the intermodal transport in the region and also creates a network of promotional centers. Furthermore, to assure high quality service, project will design specific port quality measures indicators. Investments in the transport infrastructure require exceptional financial means. These are capital projects, in which cost rationalization is the key for the future competitiveness of that direction. MultiAPPRO project will thus create a model that will be able to measure the effect of each new investment, in relation to the existing situation, in a simple and logical way. Hence, it will be possible to bring objective and rational decisions about future investments in intermodal infrastructure, in the area of the entire Adriatic-Ionian region. Given the above, project outputs include development of two supported transnational cooperation networks: 1) Intermodal Transport Network and 2) Promotion network as well as a SSS and MoS promotion action plan and a Transport Performance Strategy. Intermodal Transport Network will be composed of partner representatives, national authorities and experts working on activities to improve regional intermodal transport while Promotion network will encourage establishment of new Promotion Centres into coordinated work of already existing Centres within European Shortsea Network. Furthermore, SSS and MoS promotion action plan will serve as a strategic document for performing common promotion campaign and finally, Transport Performance Strategy will enable actors to define the effect of any investment by defining the strategy and action plan for future investments in the region.
